"Thank you very much, especially to the driver for such fantastic flexibility and service. I requested it to be earlier just like an hour before the journey and they managed to accommodate the new time.
On the downside, the web app doesn't allow to choose the route. I thought we would go via M25 but the driver told me they always have to go through town due to mileage. I understand this, but I should have been let know in advance, to have the right expectations. In fact, the journey shown in the map when I booked the service, was showing the M25 route, so it is a disappointment to learn this is not the case once you are already in the taxi. "
