"Driver was on time and fantastic. the only complaint I have is the location of pick-up was not very clear on the day we arrived. The driver was told by the Phoenix owner to leave us there since our train was behind and we had a hard time locating the driver. We are happy the driver did not listen to his boss and waited and helped us get to our hotel on time.
